If you dont like it, start your own company. Isnt that how it works? Im sure gap and parlor will over take twitter one of these days. In the mean time, read the TOS. You dont get to do whatever the fuck you want on someone else' platform.
Wow, you registered your name and email, you must own the company now. If one of the rules is "no gun content" or "no trump content" then thats their rules. You dont get to dictate their terms of service you agreed to. You agree to all of them or none of them, thats the point of it.

Court went the only direction they could go and I am glad, thanks for the good read OP.
It is extremely stupid to be crying about section 230 especially with out it the platforms would be liable for what was written on them. Free speech isn't posting conspiracy stories, foreign manipulated information (originating from Russia) or trying to incite a mob. And the whole Hunter Biden laptop garbage was the same tired Hillary Clinton E-mails manipulation (The data on both was tampered by foreign powers.) If you are posting Anti-Vaccine conspiracy or Qanon Conspiracies that helps you recruit others you don't deserve your soap box. If you are posting that Ivermectin in large quantities gets rid of Covid19 while two have already died from overdose in New Mexico and your are helping to just stress a state's poison control emergency central phone number as in the case of Minnesota; then yeah you and your group posting this crap should be silenced. You are endangering others. If you are making posts about threatening the life of any politician in a mocking video format or in text on social media you should be silenced. And conservatives whine about Facebook and Twitter but most of their white racial motivated extremist groups (even with the bans) are finding their safe havens and recruitment there; still. I would love if social media posting platforms were responsible for what was wrote on it, it would mean a lot less GOP Facebook word of kin folk recruitment.

Yeah would be great for my investments in facebook because nobody could ever stop them once we strike down that law.
I seriously have so much money invested in facebook, and if we make it so they are liable for stuff posted on their website, there will never, ever, ever be anything BUT facebook. go go goodguys!

You just happen to like the direction the censorship tends to go, so you get all regressive and actually kind of conservative and go "nuh uh, seee, that's the way it goes, that's the law, no updates needed, private company, nahhh nahhh!" Private companies used to be able to deny people access to their services because they were black. Then that became illegal, because the law was updated.

Nah, twitter gets the choice to cull problematic users. Just like you can't scream "FIRE" in a crowded theater, you can't scream "IVERMECTIN CURES COVID" on twitter. Gtfo of here.

The right wants to nationalize twitter because we have invested a lot of money in them, and also it allows us to market on twitter for our investments without competition.
