Thumbs down That wasn't fun.

High level players kill stealing every mob in Crushbone so they can level up their alts on Crushbone belts did little to enhance my play experience.

Sorry to hear about your experience (or lack there of). Did you already have any of the mobs they kill stole engaged? If they were killing things you were already fighting you shoulda snitched!

Sorry, I was venting! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I did Misty Thicket and Blackburrow in 1999-2000. Everybody raved about Crushbone but I never had a chance to do it.

My renewed EQ experience there has been... frustrating. Freeing the slaves has been fun, though. Much better XP than Blackburrow when you factor in Belts and Shouderpads.

So I shouldn't be complaining!

Blackburrow was hell.

Yeah if they are outright KSing, you just need to report them, do the rest of us a favor. That happens in CB, sad to say. The zone is still worth it most of the time [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
One of my favs.

If it isn't used as a PL spot, then the largest Kobold camp in Steamfont Mountains is perhaps better exp than Crushbone for the first 7 levels.
