Returning Player from 2000 Looking for Partners

Hello, I played EQ from the month it was released until just after Scars of Velious came out. Now I stumble upon this fantastic place and see that the old EQ that I loved is alive and well.

So, one thing that I liked most about old school MMOs was the community. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in starting new characters together and playing through the game, at least for the most part, with one another. Ideally, I'd like to get 4-6 people interested in this, so that there's a high chance of multiple people being on at once to group together.

I know this might not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you're interested, then either PM me or respond to this post. As far as class/race combos go, I'm pretty much open to playing any role.
