Looking for low level bard to low HP kite with

It doesn't work anymore.. bards gotta skillfully aoe kite and dps while you wait till about 60ish% before you start dropping AOE's. Until they're level 54 or whatever and can aoe snare/slow to collect agro then you can dps to your hearts delight from p much the getgo.

If you're at 2% and he dots the mob it aggros him instead.

Not sure on the specifics but I tried this while leveling my bard during the past 2 months. Low HP aggro no longer works how it should while a bard is swarming. What we tried was:

I pulled about 100-150 drolvargs and aoe'd them to about 60-80%.

Mage started with an aoe to get aggro on them all

Mage nuked himself to 10% mobs still wouldn't leave the pack to run him down.

Mage continued to single cast nukes on the drolvargs until they were dead while never pulling aggro.

We tried this multiple pulls, in multiple ways. Mage was never able to low hp pull aggro from me, even while only playing the level 18 dot.

He even started a bit early for my liking sometime and was never able to pull aggro.

Bards typically try to get a full group together to do this on red... more xp per person added.
