Because what he's protesting is a fake narrative that African Americans are treated differently because of racism, not because of behavior patterns of that culture.

He's kneeling to the flag because he thinks America has failed African Americans when the reality is the American flag has done more for civil rights for minorities than any. Country. In. History.

It's disrespectful to history. And it's disrespectful to one of footballs largest demographics, the military family.

Hope this clears up the concept that there are more than one ways to feel about something, to the communist that doesn't understand that concept.
