Default When does JC become profitable?

I'm a 24 Gnome ENC with around 1k to spend on it. Do you guys think this would be enough to get my JC to profitable levels, or should I wait a bit longer? I'm mostly just looking for a way to generate cash flow. Thanks in advance!

Certain items may or may not be profitable at that amount of investiture. Really the surest way to increase your earning potential for the time involved is to level up as quickly as possible to at least 34 for Platinum bar enchantment. Those are the real money makers.

Truth. The very most buyers will be interested in the fire opal platinum rings (+5AC, +55HP). Next most attractive is basically Blue Diamond stuff at skill level 250. You will find some buyers for pieces in between like Jade Gold Bracelets (+2AC, +15 HP/Mana), but everything else is pretty much niche to +stats or +resists, depending on the buyer. Buy all the Jacinth stones that are advertised because +Magic Resist is super popular. Always be advertising pieces at your skill level when you are in EC and Freeport and you will find buyers!

I usually refer to

http://web.archive.org/web/200208110..._jewlcraft.htm

for my JC, but

http://wiki.project1999.org/Jewelcrafting

on the P99 wiki will give you the skill level trivials.

That is also the level that you can reliably solo big(ger) money-makers like hill giants and spectres.

Hey everyone Tomtee here from Fippy, your past JC overlord.

Here is something you might find handy if you are trying to level JC:

Much better ways to make $$. Focus on leveling if income is one of your goals.

I think there is more money making Spells than Jewelry.
