Ranger ATK stacking

Was wondering if any high level rangers could chime in.

What are all the possible sources that a ranger can stack ATK? Do any of the following spells stack?

Firefist
Wolf Form
Strength of Nature
Call of the Predator

On top of that there are items like Swiftwind and aura of battle items...

How much ATK could a ranger get?

Base ATK at 60 with Max Str I show 1170atk


Base Atk = 1170
+AoB(mask) = 1184
+AoB(Belt) = 1197
+Epic = 1237
+SoN = 1271
+CotP = 1325
+Avatar = 1502

With VoG and an Epic Bard I can get to 1600atk

Only items left to raise atk are 10th ring which I don't have yet and spiritwracked cords whenever Chardok 2.0 is released.

The Chardok 2.0 patch may also introduce an innate +attack boost to 55-60 rangers that is supposed to increase ranger dps by an equivalent amount to what triple attack would have done.
