If that is what he was banned for, pretty dumb for him to save video fucking evidence online.

I also doubt this was the reason he was banned. It's a simple give it back petition. Or they would chalk it up to you gave him stuff it's your fault.

Its interesting to me that people that are ONLINE continue to get banned without a word from GMs (this happened to redwjamz 2x now).

Why not be an adult and send him a tell and give him a chance to plead his case before pulling the trigger? Even if he's certain to be guilty, is it that hard to say "hey pal, you screwed up - you're banned, have a nice day". instead they get disconnected without a word.

Seems pretty fucked up from a customer service perspective from the "CSR" team.
