Fear
Outside of full duration fears at 255, I noticed some very wonky behavior with all dragon fears.
On Sontalak I was feared but just stayed in place. No self root or anything, just stood my ground with the LD above my head and couldn't do anything. On a WW dragon that feared, I was able to actually move my character while feared. It wanted me to be running away but I was able to control which direction I was moving, was weird.
