Don't know for certain, but server restart is going to reset all spawns, very much (or exactly) like earthquake.

Yeah, mobs were still pacing, fighting, dropping stuff, and respawning until about a minute before I got disconnected (couple minutes ago). Until then /ooc still worked, but guild chat and /who and all that was gone. Then /ooc became spotty. Then ... all the mobs just sat there. No more casting, fighting, etc. Then... disconnected.
