Is there a way to get horizontal hotbars?

It's been a while since I played and I just did a clean install on my new laptop. I remember when I played before, I had 2 long 1x10 horizontal bars on top of each other. However now after the reinstall, I only have a single 2x5 vertical bar.

Are we no longer able to have horizontal bars?
Or if we can, how can I do that?

this has to do with the UI that you use

Unfortunately, they took away the second hotbar..

And for whatever reason, took away the horizontal hotbar layout.

The change caused me to quit for a few years, but I recently came back a few months ago and got used to them. Using Duxi UI can help, especially if you find yourself having to use the spellbar more often (which you will if you're a caster)

I don't know about the second hotbar, but I still have a horizontal hotbar on all of my characters. i'm using leewong UI

yes, just install world of warcraft
