I followed Sesserdrix's guide 6 years ago when I leveled my necro. CAn follow that and just add shaman dots.

|
Lake of Ill omen and Frontier Mountains will take you from 30-40 easily and it couldn’t be any safer. Start with the Grimalkins, goblins and skellys in lake and move to brutes and giants in FM. Casual and safe.

Why play it safe? Most guides are geared towards safety. Unless you are in a rush to 60, have fun with it and make it a challenge.
At that level, go to Dalnir. Later on in the 30s hit up Kaesora. Nurga and Droga are also later 30s options, although people over-farm Droga still. Kaesora may be your ultimate best bet as that duo, due to the undead population and necro charm. | ||
