Spells: Buff Timers

I have noticed just today, April 3rd, that some buffs will be gone before their timer is done. The only two that I have observed is Breeze and Illusion: Troll. Both went off about one minute before the timer said that they should have. Breeze has happened twice, illusion: troll once.

No, there were no mobs dispelling me. I was out of combat at the time with no mobs anywhere in sight and no aggro afterwards.

I don't know if this is useful information but it is all that I have:

I am a lvl 20 chanter, I cast them both on myself (obv the illusion) and I was in Timorous Deep at the time.
