Sifaye Abominations - no rewards

Description: Nojas Blackfist in Kael is giving the dialogue for this quest at amiable faction. However, when the appropriate items are turned in, he just eats them. He should be rewarding the questing player with a Silver Dragon Tattoo and the usual +kromrif/zek -coldain/skyshrine hit for a Kromrif quest.

It was requiring a regular sifaye wing instead of the no drop version.
