Unless I'm missing something, these are not affecting anything on Blue and just updates to Green for when Velious launches so that Velious can follow a truer itemization timeline to classic.

I'm unfamiliar with the current Baton of Flame status to be clear, not sure if there are current Batons that will no longer be usable by a particular class. Telin would need to comment.
