How OP would a ToV end game BiS geared monk be if they deleveled to 5? Just solo content meant for full level appropriate groups?

Monks are supposed to be the least gear dependent class in the game, using their bodies a weapon. That's how it actually was in classic too, they did the best melee DPS with fists only. A twinked Monk is heresy.

I would guess Warrior has to be up there, an untwinked warrior is painful to play and a heavily twinked warrior has incredible survivability and soloability. Casters and priests suffer a bit since they don't get focus items in classic timeline but some can still benefit from twinking. Magicians get powerful clickies usable at low levels from velious armor, and necromancers can get a ring 10, aura of battle and a ZHeart to basically give them infinite mana via lich from 8 onward. So those two are probably fun when twinked. Sadly some flowing thought items aren't accessible till 46 and flowing thought doesn't come close to the benefit of Fungi+Ring10 so most casters and all priests won't see that much of a difference. | |||

Unfortunately, the person who could tell you about the best twink experience was banned recently.
