We cant keep preventing people from obtaining fishing licenses or make it unprofitable to train new fisherman. Sure, we can sell more people fish that way. But were creating a whole lot of wasted human capital in the process.

Out of one side of their neck, they'll spout off about how I am obligated to support their healthcare costs, and social programs, because capitalism is evil, but if someone who owns their own company and is doing well financially allies themselves with them politically, that person is somehow exempt from the same criticisms.
