Nixxar claimed he had been killing puppets allllll day, he hadn't.
Nixxar didn't have the required force to actually kill said puppets.
Nixxar put another puppet in summon range to get my group killed as we engaged (and to be fair I did it back to him once)

Then Braknar showed up, made a ruling, and Nixxar lost his mind. Maybe you don't compare the staff to the gestapo?
