tell window locked?

hi i see to have for one character the tell selection Perma[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] locked even after use tell windows in options is selected

delete your UI_CharacterName_P1999Green.ini(or_P1999.ini for blue)from your Everquest directory will default it. Can probably just go in and modify it though under [ChatManager]
