Thats why I don't make the time to play anymore.

PVE has no guts for me, and red is megadead.

Not enough play time in a given period to really get into one of the VZ/TZ emu servers before they run their short course even though they seem like the right way to go for some pvp action, even if its not the kinda PVP I really like.

I have other games for the PvP now but I don't really care about it anymore. I'm older now. Priorities and pleasures have shifted. I can load up ESO and hit up Cyrodiil or a battleground and have some fun stress-free PvP.

I'm willing to try a Red 2.0 teams server though.

I have other pvp games too, but I like the combination of features that eq pvp offers the most.

Dark souls 3 pvp was pretty fun, hanging out at anor londo / pontiff Sullivan

But it’s nothing like eq pvp. We’ll see if this team comes through one more time.

You couldn’t be more right about gustoo he thinks a new red is coming because he is disappointed. And yea he probably gets to lvl 30 and starts complaining if red 2.0 were to happen. We know it’s not and at this point most sane people don’t care anymore.

There are like thirty shut down red as a mercy threads dating back to 2015.

If they announce they won’t make a new red server ever, I’ll just start begging them to change the ruleset of the existing red server. That doesn’t break any of their server stability promises and might make the server more viable even without the big influx a fresh server gets.

Tbh. If I come back to p99 it's to to red or whatever server has some form of pvp 1.0, 1.2, 2.0, teams, endgame only, whatever, otherwise. I can't play on bluebie servers anymore. Just can't get past lvl 20 on blue/green.
