Default Tips for leveling archery?

I have OCD and need to max every skill. Was wondering if anyone knows fastest way to level up. Any mobs under 20 that flee with a lot of hp left?

One thing you can do is ask a group (killing mobs that would give you exp) if you can practice archery on their mobs. Then you can just plink until you run out. “Pincushion.”

Grab a sow pot, fill up your bags with stacks and stacks of arrows, and bow kite?

This is what I used to do back in my rangering days.

Pull with a bow. If you're a Paladin or Shadowknight you'll hit the cap very easily as it's 75. Warriors, Rogues, and Rangers are going to have to put in some more work. Rangers might have some luck with snare, panic animal, and the like...but I don't think Panic Animal is in the game yet for them.

If you have root, you can root and shoot if you want to get off multiple rounds. But even 1 or 2 shots a pull will level it. I’ve always found this a quick skill-up.

I use the root and shoot method along with the snare and shoot. I've been thinking lately, I should be using the cheapest crafted arrows huh?

If you just want to max the skill, this is the best way. You will only get combat related skillups on mobs that can give you xp. Good way to kill time if you're waiting on a list too.

4 stacks of fletching components makes, at zero failures, 5 stacks of arrows (unless you're using the silver arrow heads, in which case it'll make 10).

If you can stand the clicking, it's more arrows in between vendor trips.
