Zlexak: Freedom/AG already conceded 2x mobs. No additional punishment

Looks like GMs have officially sanctioned knowingly breaking the rules, killing the mob anyway, and just conceding the next two. A clearer example of a premeditated "kill one, concede two" you will not be able to find. Any smaller guilds that don't get a given mob should take note, you can get the jump on guilds who are following the rules and cothing or running up from zone line if you just park out at the mob and engage it when it pops, you'll get yellow text every time. Then after you kill it, just concede the next two, it isn't like you were going to get them anyway. Also, if your attempt fails, go ahead and concede the mob before it dies but after another guild has a stable engage on it so that you incur zero penalty.

The rules only matter if you are contested. If you don't see a competing raid force, do whatever you like, the other guilds aren't allowed to petition.

For Koi petition: we upped it to 3 concessions due to Riot training & not offering to concede at all.

This is my favorite. If you wind up getting aggro before any of the people standing immediately next to you then you will be considered to have trained them. Also remember that any infraction you intend on petitioning needs to have clear video evidence of the events, so ya know, get in there with your camera, just don't be the first to get aggro when the guild trains themselves and wipes or it is all your fault lol.
