Spent all day yesterday kayakin and hanging out with a bartender who just got over Delta, no meds, just vitamins. She needs a negative test after 3 days no symptoms to come back to work (same as I had), and gets the result today (surprised bc the ones near me you get the results in an hour). Didn’t know she had Delta until after meeting, probably wouldn’t have cared much either way. Is this the time when I finally get Delta?

I used to put disclaimers on my posts to always consult one’s doctor and never take what I am saying as medical advice. It began to feel redundant and some people used it as insult fodder

I think everyone here is pretty set in their ways and decisions already. I can’t be sure, but I’m fairly confident that I have not convinced a single person to pass on the vaccine nor have I made a single person regret or felt silly about having got it
