Jaggedpine Forest

I apologize if this has been answered already (I tried searching the forums and couldn't find anything sufficient) -- but is Jaggedpine slated to make an appearance in P99? If so, roughly when? Not looking for a date -- more in reference to the Hole, Kunark, Velious, etc.
