You'll note that the Allakhazam actually lists the wrong tooth that is dropped by the piranha/used in the quest, but if you use magelo to check the actual tooth dropped by the piranha you will see it is the one I linked (and not the generic piranha tooth available elsewhere).

Jump in to the lake and start killing piranhas (be careful as they tend to come in pairs - and keep an eye on your air meter). Kill the trout to get large piranha to spawn, be careful as Chomper may also spawn!
