Shaman Spells in Neriak?

I'm new to the evil side of EQ so it's all kind of a mystery to me. P99 Wiki says there's a vendor that sells Shaman spells but I don't see any at the location given. Anyone that can clue me in? Thanks!

This map from March 2000 refers to a Shaman spell merchant in the Foreign Qtr.

I've been slogging over to to Timorous Deep and taking the firepots to Cabilis for all of my Shaman needs, then gating back to whateversoftskintownville.
Oh wait, I forgot you might be one of those other evil shamans.
Any idea where one might encounter an evil shaman GM outside of hometown?

Hmm. It matches the P99 wiki. But what does the last part mean? The (? still in game) seems to imply it was classic

Hahaha yes, one of those other Shamans. I thought about rolling an ikky but there's just something so good about a big ugly turd called Babymaker. Like every day is sunshine.
