I had a problem like this 5 years ago. I would get random lag/LD 2-3 times a night with time warner cable. It was a routing issue between my home to different waypoints. I got a vpn and all the issues went away.

Still crap for me. At least every other time I zone, I get hung up. The music will change but never load. Even sometimes at the character selection screen I never get to load into the game and have to X out.

Without being able to see your tracert, I can't offer much help.

Is this issue back? getting same DCs and issues connecting to wiki/forum/servers.
