No eqclient.ini file to edit and im crashed do to fullscreen

I was able to switch to full screen in game but it crashed. So now its defaulted to full screen when I launch and I cant get to the options in game. I also do not have an eqclient.ini file to edit. I have checked the main eq folder as well as appdata. nothing
