Its 11% per kill at a 100 ZEM. The ZEM applies after the 11%.
At least, that's how its supposed to be.

Thank goodness the spawn timers have been sped up on the low level mobs at least. Shouldn't be too bad to start, as long as the servers and zones can withstand the load of players. Sometimes might just have to travel to find stuff to kill. But will be a blast however it goes.

Then you will have those that can log on in the early afternoon and then later, people like me, that work until 3:30pm EST and can get on around 4pm. If they release it early enough, by the time the players like me get online, there shouldn't be that much of an issue as the neckbeards and such will be in the zones outside of the newbie areas. Then you will have the people that worked until 4 or 5pm EST and sit down and eat dinner with their family (wimps) and then log on. This will be probably the largest amount of players online at one time and will be the real test. And if the server was released early enough, only those players will have to scrap for the nearest decaying skeleton. It will be bad, but won't be as bad as everyone is expecting. Of course, if the server is released later in the day, the worse it will be as more and more people will be able to log on the later it gets, making more players in the newbie zones at the same time.
