Based on you're explanation I bet it was not a quick 10-15 min run to check things out. So then my question is if you noticed that you don't agree with the current leader why stay?

I have joined groups in the past and notice it's a hot mess so I tell them something like "Sorry guys I just dropped my bagel bites all over the floor and got to make a fresh batch... thanks again for the invite byeeeee."

or

"Ooo snap I forgot I left my kid at school (I don't have kids) got to get that little rascal since it's been like 4 hrs since I was suppose to pick him up... Byeeee."

No, OP is much older than that.

You are all correct. I should not have post my rant. I realized it quite soon after. I don't usually post things like that, and I apologize.

However, what I was trying to say was that I didn't understand people who go only by the wiki and leveling guide. As for the rest, it was out of line.

I lead groups, and I don't exit groups simply because it's unorganized. I was trying to steer them to some encounters, and they didn't listen. I stuck with them in hopes of having fun. Turned out it wasn't fun. I shouldn't have ranted for that.
