Really though it used to be more, but it got nerfed in the last forum update that locked old posts. If you didn't change settings and had an older account you got to keep the prenerf post per page limit.

At some point they forced everyone into the the 10-per-page limit.

I think the op was more taking cosmetics guys not function, like if we are recreating a classic game, let's recreate a classic eq site, I think it would be an awesome idea but probably not worth the hassle, though I would be happy to throw my css/js/html5/php knowledge into the ring [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] just say the word oh Lords of p99 and I would whip up an original eq looking homepage to face lift the current one [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Yep. I probably should have elaborated more on the original post. Give the front page a more vanilla look, like old times. Perhaps with the world map as the back drop. The forums would obviously stay the same.

Good website design costs time or money, and I don't think Rogean has either for something so frivolous. Unless you want to use some crappy template.

Someone here could do the work for free but the current website is all about function over looks - even the frontpage is just a part of the forums.

Classic era website would be a geocities website with EQ music that auto starts when you load the page and sparkly gifs EVERYWHERE.
