Ogre Shaman and Rallos Zek faction

On the wiki I'm seeing some ogres in west karana that are on the Rallos Zek faction. Does that faction not actually apply to anything else or is the information on the wiki wrong/incomplete?

If my memory is correct I'm pretty sure this faction affects some of the ogres in Oggok like the Warrior guild. The wiki only shows how much faction you would gain or receive if you killed a particular mob. If a mob is part of the Rallos Zek faction, but doesn't give a faction hit to Rallos Zek when killed then it won't be listed.

If I were an ogre character I would avoid them just to be safe since there doesn't seem to be any way to gain faction with Rallos Zek.

I don't know for certain but as far as I do know that faction is actually only for those ogres it's none other in the entire game. It seems counterintuitive that you'd be attacking a faction that seemingly would be allied with you or that it would hurt something in your hometown but I do believe it's only those NPCs
