We haven't seen a Manastone on Green in 36 hours now. Lore / No Drop isn't the issue here.

Hand in note to your GM when you start a new char, get manastone. Problem solved.

I cant see how not allowing people to hoard 5 manastones for the lulz is in any way bad. Your probably doing someones health a favour.
