Grim Tiger's Revenge
Grim Oakfist in Kithicor Forest is not responding to hails or offering the quest Grim Tiger's Revenge even at warmly faction.
Also, Grim shares a spawn with Brollus Hoost and Tallyn Starwatch. This appears to be functioning as expected, but whichever one of them is up doesn't actually despawn at nightfall with the rest of the living NPCs in the zone. Instead, whichever is spawned remains up until the next morning when the undead despawn, at which point 1 of the 3 will respawn.

Hm, I did this quest early on green and had no issue at kindly faction. This was before the Kithicor undead cycle existed though, so maybe that has affected it somehow?

This needs to be rewritten.
The way it works right now is you are required to be a monk class to even get a reply; that is not correct. I'm also not sure Grim or his PHs should be on a day/night cycle. Additionally, it is my understanding Grim wasn't even added until 11/99. Were the PHs (Tallyn Starwatch, Brollus Hoost) present before then? Leaving this up for research. Will revisit.

On green, all 3 were spawning in the first month:

Pending update:
-Quest requires amiable -Does not require the player to be a monk -Multiquestable -Tigers despawn at daytime instead of relying on timers -Grim Oakfist nor Tallyn exist prior to October 1999 (Brollus Hoost does). None of these npcs are affected by day/night cycling -Corrected some faction, loot, and dialogue messages -The typos and bad grammar are intentional I do believe there are several npcs which should not be affected by the day/night cycling (such as innkeepers). This requires additional research, but likely needs to be changed.
