Default Bind wound and BP click heal

I know from reading here that it is possible. A way to have your bp clicky heal and bind at the same time.

I just do not know the sequence

how is it done?

Target yourself, Click bp and then click bind wound from either the ability or combat actions page. You cannot use it from the hotbar or a macro.

If you’re casting spells with a shorter casttime you may need to press stand from the main page of the actions window to ensure you’re standing when the cast completes.

Another bandaging trick is to hit stand while bandaging (but not casting) and you can resume attacking with bow/bash without interrupting the bandage.
