Spells: Tree form bugged

When I'm low on health after a fight I've been casting tree form. It overwrites sow (which is fine) but most of the time it just removes sow's buff icon and doesn't have one of it's own on the buff bar. So I either have to log out and in to get rid of it or zone.

This also turns me into a giant halfling instead of a tree sometimes.
