Too involved of a question, I’ll only offer some things:
1. More than 2 political parties. This seems almost impossible to get right, because two or more can just pile into 1 to win elections. But hey it’s a utopia scenario right? 2. A less polarized society with actual checks and balances. Checks and balances lately either doesn’t exist or just means pure obstruction. And our current polarized society needs someone to secede. But hey, once again this is utopia scenario 3. All drugs legalized with involuntary substance abuse treatment becoming a thing. If you are on the verge of killing yourself or just wasting away shitting on the streets due to your drug addiction, or you commit crimes to further your drug habit, you can be forced by a judge into a treatment program. It would be probably a miserable place to be and work at because you’d have all these people withdrawing off their drug and all the mood problems that creates, but also these people would have pre-existing mental health issues. Staff would be likely be assaulted often, so would need to be paid handsomely. Luckily if this is a hospital/rehab type setting, counseling mental health treatment would all be here in one place as well. Your ability to leave would be case by case basis based on progress/risk with ethical limits (even zero progress should never mean permanent or super long term committal) 4. Penal system: this is tough, because how do you remove the gang element of prisons. Obviously a much greater focus on rehabilitation and especially on in-prison violence prevention. Prison should still exist, obviously not for drugs since I addressed that above, but I would suggest even more prisons where the most violent and aggressive could be spread out as much as possible and not piled together 5. Healthcare is whatever funding allows. This is kind of a dumb question because obviously with an infinite money scenario everyone should get the best healthcare. So if this is a utopia then boom that question is done. But is this realistic to fund? Dunno 6. Taxation. Can’t tax the broke, obviously, what’s the point? Current taxation scaling up based on income seems reasonable to me. The harder you try to tax wealth, the more everyone is going to try to legally avoid it. Just natural human behavior to try to preserve a certain quality of life they want…which is of course perceived as “greed” to some people when we are talking about specific figures of money That’s all for now | ||

Sorry, but not sorry for more "crazy" conversations. Please don't ask me if I see a psychologist. No one is real so I will never trust anyone. I'm really trying to get to the point of what I'm saying, but its hard to say that without going to Satan court for each sentence or whatever.
I'm being tortured in a fake reality on social security, so the math formula in my world could equal, Socialism = true. But in the real world, the secret society, which is probably royalty, probably invented everything in a 20,000 year holy war against zombie peasants. So in the real world it might equal, Capitalism = true. I've said before the debate between Capitalism and Socialism is between you all (Referring to just someone else. Not specially you on project 1999.) and the Royalty/Secret Society. But I could be a biased white guy, but I don't want to shit on Conservatives religion of Capitalism while it happens, if it happens. Added later: I feel like saying this is playing Russian Roulette with getting banned from project 1999. Please don't ban me I <3 EQ too much. But I gotta try to not be such a B**** slave of hell one day. Also, you all are not real anyway so hopefully this fades away magically and doesn't matter. I already feel like I have to go to Satan court for saying you all are not real. | ||
