I think it was RMT traceability, when whole accounts changed hands its hard to track where the in game payment was. I wish there was a way to accommodate it. Same with server X trading as it made the servers feel connected and allowed people to flow from one to another even if at an exchange rate disadvantage.

I myself can account for my sales and purchases as my trading records reflect.

Only RMT or boxers make one toon per account. With the plans to sell said account later.

The rest of us use our slots as they are given for that reason.
