An unknown error

When attempting to connect to Blue, I get the following message:
"An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server."
Anyone else getting this? Are there any work-arounds?

I can't log on either, and I literally just paid someone for an item in EC and was trying to switch chars to collect it lol.

I regret logging off red to play blue now. Couldn't get back on to red either.

I just bought and drop transferred an item. Except I could not log back in to get it. Poof! Bye bye item.
