Necromancer spells: Conglaciation of Bone, Gangrenous Touch of Zum'uul

Conglaciation of Bone - Wiki says it is currently 'bugged' and suggests as Chardok drop, I assume it means it is not dropping due to bug?
According to Allakhazam, it drops from Velketor's Lab
The earliest date of Allakhazam comment is 2003, so it may not have dropped during Velious era and thus should be removed from Wiki

Gangrenous Touch of Zum'uul - I see some WTS on search around time when Chardok revamp was released, I suppose this has been removed? It looks like earliest comments on Allakhazam is dated post Velious, ie end of 2002, and seem to be the reason. However, it shows that it is 'Kunark' expansion on it, so this could just mean the location

Can I assume these two spells do not, and will not exist on P99?

I see some people were selling gang touch in q1 of 2019 and not since. I wonder if it has been removed.

No posts ever selling conglaciation.

I still have a few copies so I assume so, the mob was rare and the drop wasnt guaranteed. I think the other spell is only on a velketor item but a real Necro might know better

its a fun camp, it'll take a few friends and a couple of days but its not impossible! entice them with anklesmashers and vocal chords.
