Man these cheap ass melee players. You don't even need a FBSS with a mith, saving you 20+k right off the bat. Any pal/SK/War level 50 I'm not grouping with unless they have yaks or a mith or better.

I’d just personally rather have an FBSS to swap between YaKs or whatever other sword I feel like using at the time, Skarlon sword etc. Plus the FBSS will see me with some haste into Kunark until sash of the Dragonborn, and FBSS was still selling for 4 - 5k in Kunark on blue while the mithril two Hander almost instantly became a paperweight.

Just my 2C. The mithril two Hander is sweet, for now, but it’s an all-in item and there are other attractive alternatives.

Mithril isnt for warrior IMO unless you got the plat and want a great 2HS- warriors have lots of great options.

It's really worth it for Pal/SK. Unless you wanna go Skarlon + CoF, or FBSS/CoF + Soul Leech (CT drop - good luck)

Mithril 2hs is the most overrated item in classic. Like you said, at least fbss applies haste to every item you’re using. Mithril 2hs might as well remove the haste and trim the delay, cause that’s really all it is.

Ppl acting like mithril 2hs is a haste item crack me up. Shits worth 5k tops and even that seems steep.
