I heard the best way to raise it is the bliza soup quest in rivervale, which I started at dubious, handed over 100 soups in, still dubious... Or slaying runnyeye, which I have not tried yet. My question is, how long has it taken everyone that has done this, and what was the method you used?

IIRC, killing in gorge of xorb and runnyeye was an effective method. A druid can AE down the whole gorge with two spells.
