Default Suddenly having game freezing issues

The game has been running perfectly for months. Now, suddenly when I start playing, I can play from 30 seconds to 3 or 4 minutes before the whole thing freezes and I have to 3 finger salute to close it down. After, I can log in just fine again and the same problem occurs again. This does not happen when I am zoning or logging in. This occurs in-game while doing normal activities. I am on a 2017 HP Envy laptop 7th Gen core i5 with a stock intel built in video card that runs off of the CPU RAM. I have 12GB of RAM. I am running Windows 10. Thanks in advance for the help!

You have a chat box that is too small I bet. If you have problems trying to find the box for whatever reason, you can just reload the UI and make new boxes making sure you can at least see one line of text in height.
