Default Helm template notation is such a fucking shitshow

I get that it's just Go notation and maybe that seems ok to Go programmers. But every time I delve back into this monstrosity I just want to punch my desk.

Convince me not to scrap it all and just run in raw yaml I've templated myself and populated with yq and bash.

As if K8s isn't silly enough already.
