I know of one case where the person in question is saying they paid PP in game and that it can be verified. If they have taken a look at the logs, chat logs too, then that's good enough for me and I will question no further. Would be nice to know either way and I say that from a trust point of vie with respects to said persons operating new accounts as we speak.

Trade logs can be seen. But an interesting point is how do you differentiate someone paying lower than usual for something just because, versus RMT'ing for it behind the scenes? What about if this person gave away something as a gift?
