Rogean mentioned it was blue players as well that were playing on red. Not 40 all-red.

Because Rogean has never been a fan of being open about private matters. They are GM-related matters, and goes hand in hand with why they don't make general suspensions or bans public (not usually atleast).

Anyways, thats the reason...am I a fan? Nah..I'd rather see it. But I'd also like to see IP Bans for cheaters who got caught after the first time

People are surprised by this? 80% of Red would have been banned if they didn't know people got banned on Blue beforehand.

ive had several people openly admit to using MQ on red beta , i cant understand why , but they do it regardless

Could someone inform me what kind of cheats exist here on the P99? Would be nice to know how to spot them so you can get them banned asappppp!

I think naming existing cheats/exploits/dupes in open forums gets you in the doghouse(no, I don't mean MQ/SEQ).
