Let's get back to the issue at hand here.

The Pack got robbed, plain and simple.

Look at it again. Jennings has 2 hands on the ball clutched against his chest with 2 feet on the ground. Tate has 1 hand on the ball against Jennings chest. You tell me who qualifies as having possession FIRST, which is what matters.
Wrong, Tate touched the ball almost simultaneously with his left hand as jennings made the interception. Now, you can see the ball IS NOT touching jennings' chest yet, but tate has his left hand inside between his chest and the ball, and his right hand closing over the outside of the ball. At this point they both have posession, and the catch by both has to be maintained through them falling to the ground...which happened. Its not as complicated as everyone is making it, it WAS simultaneous posession...and the rule states that the offensive players wins posession in that case. Why is this still up for discussion world wide? lol does anyone else watch football unless the packers or patriots are playing? I've seen this hundreds of times before as I'm sure any other football fan has, plays out the same way everytime.

Offensive pass interference should have negated the entire play in the first place.

With the benefit of video replay and multiple angles the pass interference is pretty clear. Given the scrum of 5 players jumping for the ball, and the speed of the game, it'd be horrible to call it there. The official would essentially be guessing, and there's about 6 other things he's gotta be looking at.

It was definitely a closer call than I originally thought (due to the whole simultaneous catch and they need definitive evidence to overturn the call on the field), etc., but Tasselhoff, you need to consider the fact that literally all the NFL experts and players/coaches/retired refs around the league (minus Pete Carroll) thought that it was an interception.

Not to mention the fact that coincidentally there was a resolution with the old refs and the NFL within 3 days of the incident... Just seems like they knew they busted the call, they knew that that everyone knew that they busted the call, and that there would almost be a riot if something wasn't done to resolve it.

Now we can all go back to enjoying our Sundays without anarchy!
