Is GAIA saving us from destruction?

Is GAIA shedding us like the plot to The Happening?

Are reptoids shooting explosive devices into volcanos to balance out the destruction of the planet our gifted technology is causing?

idk, but in 2020 the worlds scientists got together and decided that the only thing they could do to stop climate change was to release gasses into the ozone:

Quote:
Geoengineering is just a partial solution to fight climate change
The technology's regional impacts depend on how much greenhouse gas emissions are reduced

Summary:
Could we create massive sulfuric acid clouds that limit global warming and help meet the 2015 Paris international climate goals, while reducing unintended impacts? Yes, in theory, according to a new study. Spraying sulfur dioxide into the upper atmosphere at different locations, to form sulfuric acid clouds that block some solar radiation, could be adjusted every year to keep global warming at levels set in the Paris goals. Such technology is known as geoengineering or climate intervention.
Then fast forward another year and TWO of the largest eruptions in recorded history happen.. it's said the honga tonga could lower global temps by up to .4 Celsius...

Is gaia coming to our rescue?

Or is this just the start of a global culling, by not filling the atmosphere with sulfer to lower the temps.. but to kill all the living things on it's outer layer....

Best case scenario is we live in a new world that is drastically different than the one anyone whos 40 and below recognizes.

Imagine trying to get Genz to treat you with respect at the checkout counter when they dont even see you as a real person unless you're inside one of their games.

The state is too powerful. Individuals are overprotected from consequences. We are too "violence averse". Need a Morag Tong guild.

Hand to hand close quarter combat should be entirely legal. Just let these plebes go at it with whatever they can pick up and swing until they either get wrekt or get it out of their systems.

“For many years there was a feeling that the wonderful things on the web were going to dominate and we’d have a world with less conflict, more understanding, more and better science, and good democracy,” Berners-Lee told the Guardian. “But people have become disillusioned because of all the things they see in the headlines.”

A laissez-faire attitude to online aggression has encouraged abuse without fear of penalty. Alison Saunders’ new guidance will help to change this mentality

I never understood the type of person who dislikes something everyone likes just because everyone likes it. Can someone explain to me why these hipsters don't like Nirvana?

That's pretty cool. As I read it, it is legal up until the point someone is "seriously" injured. And in Texas "fighting words" count towards consent.
