The bat file you're running is calling eqgame.exe. That is the file you edit to change compatibility mode.

After switching to Administrator mode, i have not had anymore crashes logging in or out. I cannot say if it's too early to say its a actual fix, but it's been almost a week and i log in and out with no problems now (Using windows 10, if that matters). If i get any crashes i will update.

After Hate was released or thereabouts the Win XP compatibility is no longer working for me after working a years.
