Nighttime hours for Necro 55 spell Levant?

Hi all,

Just dinged 55 yesterday and can't wait to use Levant. It is only usable at "nighttime" but the wiki doesn't say what those hours are and my searching only turned up an old reddit thread where people debated what the hours were but no solid answer was given.

So - can anyone definitively state what nighttime hours are exactly?

It's like 8pm to 4am

I just did a test, started working at 8pm, and worked at 2am, but not 4am. Need to wait another cycle and try 3am.

These pixels are on an early shift if they don't consider 4am nighttime, ugh.

You can use it from 7pm up to and including 3am. So once the clock strikes 4am you can't use it anymore
